Orlando Alvarez brings over 30 years of experience advising health systems across the U.S. and Europe—hello travel guru! He’s held leadership roles with the Cleveland Clinic, Sisters of Charity Health System, and the University of Miami Health System, where he helped drive strategic growth, expand markets, and reimagine brands.

Orlando has worked with just about every type of healthcare organization—faith-based, not-for-profit, investor-owned—and has led his fair share of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and affiliations (basically, if it involved a dotted line, he’s been there). A graduate of Bennington College and a fellow of the Hispanic Leadership Institute, Orlando also lends his time and expertise to several industry boards and civic organizations—and if it involves sipping a cappuccino at a quaint cafe…well, you get it.
